We have been a Family run business since 1981. We started as a small crew, doing new construction jobs in the Vancouver area, and have spread out from there.
Today we are in our 2nd generation of ownership. We have expanded into doing Custom homes, Condo & Mixed-use apartment buildings, Home renovations, Commercial reno's & new builds.

Ivan has been working in the field since 2006. he earned his red seal certification in 2011, and has been working his own job sites since then, specializing in custom homes.
Since his Fathers retirement in 2018, Ivan has taken the reins of the company, and is building on the successful foundation that was set down by the previous generation.
Ivan is busy training up the next generation in business as well as family, and looks forward to taking care of your families next project.
